Terms & Conditions

Limited seats are available for the workshop. The nominations will be taken on first come first serve basis. An email will be sent to the confirmed participants three working days before the workshop confirming their registration, venue and programme. In case of a seat not being offered to a participant, any payment received will be completely refunded.

Payments and Cancellation

Kindly review the terms and conditions applicable only to confirmed and provisional session bookings. A booking is defined as ‘confirmed’ where the PICG – CGLS (Director Training Program) (session) is in receipt of your full payment for a booking. A booking is defined as ‘provisional’ where the PICG is reserving a place on a session without receipt of your full payment.

Please note, full payment must be received prior to the session start date and only confirmed registrants will receive the joining instructions including pre-workshop e-learning information. All preworkshop e-learning elements must be completed before attendance. Our working days are from Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.

Substitute

Should a registrant become unable to attend the nominated course, PICG will accept a substitute delegate from the same organization. Notification must be provided in writing at least 2 working days prior to the session commencing, after which substitute will not be accepted and full cancellation fee applies. If the access to the reading material is provided to the registrant, then the additional charges for the reading material will be charged to the substitute delegate. Please note: The substitute participant is only acceptable for part 1.

Transfers

  • No charge will be applied, if requests for transfer are made, in writing, more than 7 working days before the session start date.
  • If notice of a transfer is received in writing 7-2 working days, 50 percent of practical session fee will be charged as a transfer fee.
  • If notice of a transfer is received in writing on the day of session, all fees are forfeited.

Cancellations

  • For Directors' Training held out of Karachi If notice of cancellation is received 14 days before training, all fees will be forfeited.
  • If notice of a cancellation is received in writing more than 7 working days before the session start date, you will be charged 20% of the full session fee.
  • If notice of a cancellation is received in writing 7-3 working days before the session start date, you will be charged 50% of the practical session fee.
  • If notice of a cancellation is received in writing between 2 working days and session start date, all practical session fees are forfeited.

Attendance

Registrants are required attend all Four days in case of regular and 3 days in case of Fast track CGLS of face-to-face tutoring and complete the e-learning element and successfully pass the Certificate examination to be eligible to receive the Certificate. Please note that, if a registrant/participant is absent for more than two hours of the complete Directors’ Training Program, they are not facilitated to rearrange this time without incurring additional charges.

Session changes and fees

Whilst every effort will be made to run our courses and session as set out in the literature, if demand for a session is insufficient, it may have to be postponed. PICG therefore reserves the right to change session dates/times at any time. In case of cancellation due to avoidable circumstances, PICG will not be liable to pay any travel or other expenses to the registrant.

PICG reserves the right to review its fees and booking terms and conditions as and when appropriate.
